About Us

Hi, I’m Lucas – the fabricator, tinkerer, and dad behind LL Fab Co.

My journey into the world of custom parts started long before golf carts were ever on my radar. Growing up, I found a deep passion for working on cars. What began as weekend projects turned into full-blown builds. I taught myself how to weld, fabricate, and wrench, and eventually I was building custom cars from the ground up. My last big project was an LS-swapped Nissan 240sx built for drifting – a car that tested everything I knew and pushed me to keep learning and refining my craft.

I’ve always loved taking a concept from my head and turning it into reality – building, reworking, and perfecting it until it’s clean, functional, and exactly how I envisioned. Back then, I had all the time in the world and a garage at my grandparents’ house to experiment, break things, and build them better.

Life’s changed a bit since then. With a growing family and no real garage of my own, I had to scale back – which led me to golf carts. My first build was a 1989 Club Car DS with a blown motor. I swapped in a Predator 420, and suddenly I was hooked. That cart became more than a project – it was something my kids and I shared. We cruised around town, visited family, went to the lake, and even used it to lull the kids to sleep when fighting naps. It became part of our lifestyle.

LL Fab Co. was born out of those moments. My goal is to blend my background in fabrication and manufacturing with a relentless obsession for detail to create aftermarket components that are not only mechanically sound but also visually clean and well-designed. Whether you’re building your cart for fun, for looks, or for function, I want to help you take your ride to the next level.

Thanks for stopping by and supporting the dream.

Very well thought out front shock brackets that changed my Club Car DS into a Cadillac. The cart had a 6” SGC lift that rode horribly! Now, I have actual suspension that absorbs bumps. You need to buy this set up!

Everything was easy to install. Took about an hour. Night and day difference.

The ride quality is a huge improvement over what it was. I had it at 18-20 mph purposely going over rough terrain and the front performed flawlessly. Only rough part of the ride came from my oversized/updated rear springs.

Rides f***ing amazing.  I’m surprised how sturdy the bracket is. I beat the piss out of mine today. Zero flex.

Install went pretty easy and straight forward. Nothing that I would change, seems like one of the few upgrades I’ve bought that actually fit as expected and installed smoothly!
